SOLIQ is raising the first Mexican fund focused to develop real estate project in the Education and Healthcare segments. These two sectors are being undersupplied and there are no institutional leaders. Both sectors are anti-cyclical and have grown even with the different economic crisis that Mexico has incurred in the past 30 years.

In the educational sector, the fund will have alliances with universities to develop residential communities for students, professors and researchers, and being able to supply an existing demand of people who want to live close to the university’s campus. The healthcare investments will be focused on senior living and residences for medical students.
Size of the fund: $3,000 million pesos

The Fund is a combined production, drilling, and lease acquisition investment in oil wells in Oklahoma. The drilling locations are relatively low risk with multiple pay zone areas offsetting by production of oil, gas and condensates. The oil reserves that have been left behind on these leases are significant. The area of Okfuskee and Creek County has the advantage of multiple formations for production, ranging from 600 to 5,000 feet deep.
